Step one - find a car at the auction page:
to get accsess to on-line auctions, please contact our office for details.
Please note we require ten percent of the estimated bidding prise as advance.

Step two - make an order:
chose a bid and send inquiry to our e-mail, e.g.
TAA Fukuoka, May 02, 5055, Toyota Prius, 950 000 yen.
Where "TAA Fukuoka" is an auction house;
"May 02" is a bidding day;
"5055" is a number of a bid;
"Toyota Prius" is a model;
"950 000 yen" is a bidding price.

Step three - pay the invoice:
once a car is purchased you will get the invoice that includes the bidding price, auction & delivery fees (FOB), commission. Delivery fees are subject to the auction house's location. Final settlment is made within three days after bidding by means of a telegraphic transfer. Credit cards are not accepted.

Step four - get your car at final destination:
once a confirmation of a money arrival is received the car is placed at the port stock for a shipment. Once it leaves Japan a copy of the B/L (bill of lading) is sent to your e-mail. Original one is to delivered by DHL, FedEx etc.
